CorkTree SMS / Text Message Program

CorkTree ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at corktreewineandliquors.com, offers an SMS/text message program (the "Program"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Through the Program we send recurring text messages, including order confirmations, account notifications, shipping and delivery updates, customer-care replies, and occasional promotional offers and news about products and sales.

2. How to Opt In

You may subscribe to the Program in any of the following ways:

• Entering your mobile number and checking the consent box in the sign-up form above;
• Checking the SMS consent box and entering your mobile number during checkout at corktreewineandliquors.com;
• Providing your mobile number and consent in-store or when placing an order; or
• Texting our keyword to our number to join.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 21 years of age or older to opt in.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Estimated up to a few messages per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. CorkTree is not responsible for any such charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the Program. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

6. Help

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile information will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program at any time. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
