Villa Sparina farms in Monterotondo at the heart of the Gavi DOCG in Piedmont, devoting most of its estate to the indigenous Cortese grape. This Gavi del Comune di Gavi pours a bright yellow and offers delicate dried pineapple and peach over a full, mineral laced body with refreshing acidity. We chose it for that lively balance and clean, elegant finish, a graceful Italian white for seafood, light pasta, or sipping on its own as an aperitif.
