Situated on the clay-limestone plateau northeast of the Chablis Grand Cru amphitheater, this wine is aged on its lees for 6-10 months in stainless steel vats before bottling. Citrus aromas and bright zestiness lead to a clean, fresh finish with the characteristic mineral quality that defines Chablis wines. An excellent introduction to the Chablisienne tradition.
