From Hampden Estate, a Trelawny distillery with a cult following among bartenders for its enormous, funky Jamaican character. Unaged and overproof — one of the most distinctive spirits in the whole shop.
A rye finished in Grenache wine casks from a small distillery on Mare Island, California. Wine-cask finishes normally carry a heavy premium; this one doesn't, because there's no big name on the front.
Potato vodka made in small batches — heavier and creamier in texture than the grain vodkas the big brands sell. At this level a vodka should bring something to the glass, and texture is what this one brings.
