Terredora is one of Campania's benchmark estates, and this Irpinia Aglianico draws on the dark, structured native grape that built the region's reputation. Grown in the volcanic, hilly terroir of Irpinia, it shows an explosive nose of dark cherry, ripe red berries, spicy pepper, violet, and prune, lifted by cacao and toasted accents. We reach for it with hearty soups, cold cuts, white and red meats, roasts, and mature cheeses.
