Tapatio Reposado comes from the legendary La Altena distillery in Arandas, high in the Jalisco highlands, where the Camarena family has made tequila with traditional masonry ovens and copper pot stills since 1937. Rested for several months in oak and made with no additives, it balances vibrant cooked agave against gentle vanilla and spice from the barrel. A purist favorite, Tapatio is one of the most respected agave-forward labels in the highlands.
