Our unique annual release of double barrel maple bourbon produces just a hint of maple syrup sweetness, after the maple syrup has been aged in the empty bourbon barrels. The result is a slightly sweet butteriness which is unmistakable. Copper(Taconic's American Foxhound mascot) suggests sipping this nice & neat or drawn up in your favorite cold weather cocktail.
