Sparkling Pointe Topaz Impérial Brut Rosé 2022 750ml

Named for the rare gemstone, Topaz Impérial is Sparkling Pointe's dry vintage rosé — a pale copper-pink sparkler made in the traditional méthode on the North Fork of Long Island. A Chardonnay-dominant blend — 52% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Meunier — aged 18 months on the lees and finished Brut. Strawberry, elderflower and pastry cream give way to honeydew, stone fruit and a whisper of rose water over a pillowy mousse, with a silky, lively finish. The 2022 earned 93 points from Cristaldi and Co. and 90 points apiece from James Suckling, Decanter and the Beverage Testing Institute. 12.5% ABV · 750ml.
