Cuvée Carnaval Blancs is Sparkling Pointe's aromatic, off-dry (sec) traditional-method sparkler — festive and fruit-forward, finished with a distinctive dosage of estate-grown Muscat that lifts the nose with orange blossom. A small-production cuvée of just 464 cases, disgorged after two years on the lees. Mandarin, citrus blossom and cantaloupe lead into honeysuckle and tropical fruit over a lush, semi-sweet mouthfeel, closing perfumed with orange blossom and apricot. 12.5% ABV · 750ml.
