Sparkling Pointe's flagship vintage Brut, grown and made entirely in the traditional méthode on the estate's 40-plus acres in Southold, on Long Island's North Fork. A Chardonnay-led cuvée of the three classic Champagne grapes — 52% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 13% Pinot Meunier — aged three and a half years on the lees and finished bone-dry. Apple pie, pear compote and cherry blossom lead into ripe orchard fruit, baking spice and a fine, creamy mousse, closing with a bright citrus lift. 12.5% ABV · 750ml.
