Siete Leguas Blanco is bottled unaged, straight from the still, and it is the clearest look at what this Atotonilco el Alto distillery does. Agave is cooked in brick ovens and fermented with the fibers included, an old-school approach that carries straight into the glass.

Expect cooked agave, citrus, black pepper and a touch of earth, with a long, clean finish. Excellent neat and one of the best blancos for a serious margarita.
