Shibui Pure Malt 10 Year is a refined Japanese malt whisky matured at least a decade in American ex-bourbon barrels and European Oloroso sherry casks, then given a final finish in rare Japanese Mizunara oak. That layered cask program builds a harmonious depth: dried fruit, honey, and vanilla on the nose giving way to toffee, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate with a wisp of smoke, closing long and elegant.
