Senor Rio Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the red clay soil of Jalisco, hand-harvested and slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens before double distillation. It rests roughly six months in French white oak barrels that previously held Cognac, lending a silky texture and a honeyed agave-and-oak sweetness.
