Pindar Cabernet Sauvignon is a Long Island red from the North Fork, made by Pindar Vineyards, pioneers of regional winemaking. The cool, maritime climate gives ripe coastal fruit fresh acidity and elegant structure, and with bottle age this 2015 has mellowed into a polished, food-friendly pour. We love its medium-to-full body and savory depth, where dark berry and plum meet tobacco leaf and a subtle graphite-mineral thread.
