Pelissero is a family estate in Treiso, in the heart of the Barbaresco zone, where the family has grown and bottled its own wines since 1960. This Langhe Nebbiolo is made entirely from estate Nebbiolo, with temperature-controlled maceration and aging split between barrique and large oak vessels for eight to nine months, then rested in bottle before release. The approach preserves the variety's signature freshness, framing fragrant strawberry and raspberry with fine, mineral-tinged structure. We love it as an authentic, food-loving introduction to the Langhe.
