A 106-proof wheated Kentucky straight bourbon, finished in honey casks and bottled at 53% ABV, this Spring 2026 expression brings together soft wheat character, honeyed sweetness, and lively barrel spice.

Real organic honey is placed directly inside new No. 3 charred oak barrels for finishing, creating a distinctive honey-cask profile without blending honey liqueur into the finished bourbon. The chewy, oily palate opens with cherry cola, then unfolds into honey, molasses, vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. Honeycomb brings a waxy, structured sweetness alongside baking spice, while the bourbon’s proof delivers a pronounced warmth.
