Old Commonwealth 10 Year Batch 3 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (107 Proof) 750ml

Old Commonwealth revives a legendary name — the 10-year bourbon Julian Van Winkle III bottled in the late 1990s and early 2000s — using the same Kentucky well-water source. Batch 3 is the first release stepped down from barrel strength, bottled at 107 proof as a deliberate homage to that original. A blend of two mash bills aged roughly eleven years, including a final year in Char #2 and Char #3 barrels from Kelvin Cooperage, it pours rich amber with layered notes of nutmeg, apple turnover, burnt sugar, black cherry, Chinese five spice and salted caramel. A limited, allocated release.
