Our agave piñas are cultivated to exceptional standards, reaching a remarkable 32% brix ratio—well above the industry standard of 26%-28%. This elevated natural sugar content, combined with nutrient-rich highland soil, creates the foundation for something truly special. Mi Casa Tequila Blanco is rested in stainless steel at our Aranda's Mexico distillery before bottling. This careful process allows the spirit to settle, eliminating harsh ethanol notes and revealing the complex, aromatic character of the agave.
