Lovely color. Long finish with some complexity. From the Val di Noto area of southeastern Sicily and boasting freshness (read, limestone soils) that is smooth and balanced.

The palate runs with the sour cherries and the heat, but wild strawberry provides a textured sweetness. Acidity dances around firm but approachable tannins.
