This is LALO's first distilled to proof tequila, bottled straight from the still at 100 proof with no water added, made from just three ingredients: fully mature highland Blue Weber agave, Champagne yeast, and deep well water. Additive free and double distilled, it is bold yet balanced with roasted agave, white pepper, and bright minerality, superb neat or in elevated cocktails.
