LALO was founded by Eduardo Lalo Gonzalez, grandson of Don Julio Gonzalez, carrying a legendary tequila bloodline into a modern, purist bottling. This blanco is made from just three ingredients, fully mature Blue Weber agave from the Jalisco Highlands, deep-well water, and champagne yeast, with no additives, coloring, or sweeteners. The result is a bright, unadorned expression of cooked agave, citrus, and a peppery finish. A standard-bearer for the additive-free movement and a clean, vibrant sipper or cocktail base.
