One of the pioneers of urban craft distilling, Kings County is New York City's oldest operating whiskey distillery, made in Brooklyn at the Navy Yard. This straight bourbon is distilled from a simple mash of New York corn and English malted barley, then aged in new American oak for a rich, grain-forward character. We pour it as a true expression of New York spirit, with caramel, toffee and dark chocolate giving way to cinnamon, dried fruit and a long, warming, cocoa-laced finish.
