The mash combines organic New York corn with Scottish-grown, peat-kilned malted barley, aged in new charred oak, so it drinks like bourbon laced with barbecue and campfire smoke. We think of it as what happens when scotch and bourbon meet, complex, smoky, and entirely its own thing.
