Charcoal-mellowed through the Lincoln County Process, then matured more than a decade in handcrafted American white oak — rotated from the hot upper floors down to cooler ones for its final years — it pours deep and concentrated: dark chocolate, heavy molasses and seasoned leather balanced by creamy vanilla and toasted oak.
