J. Rieger Bottled in Bond Bourbon is the first bourbon distilled in Kansas City since Prohibition, made by a historic house originally founded in 1887 and revived in the modern era. Distilled in-house and aged at least six years in new charred American oak, it meets every requirement of the 1897 Bottled in Bond Act and is bottled at a full 100 proof. A high-rye mash bill of 56% corn, 30% rye, and 14% malted barley gives it a structured, full-bodied profile of toffee, leather, oak, and pepper.
