Gulp/Hablo La Mancha Orange 1.0

Gulp Hablo is the playful project of the Parra brothers, who farm organically and biodynamically in Spain's La Mancha. This orange wine blends equal parts Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc fermented with a week of skin maceration, then bottled unfined and unfiltered at a gulpable strength. Expect aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit alongside moderately tannic dried citrus peel, tea and preserved apricot on a yeasty, textured palate. We love it for its skin-contact character and honest, low-intervention winemaking.
