Gavi Le Marne is a Piedmont white made entirely from Cortese in the cool hills of Gavi DOCG, its name a nod to the marl-rich soils that shape its character. Those chalky marls lend the wine a fine, mineral texture beneath bright citrus and orchard fruit, with a subtle almond nuance and saline lift. The 2023 vintage is crisp, precise, and seafood-ready.
