Fuenteseca Cosecha is a single-harvest tequila from Enrique Fonseca, one of the largest estate agave growers in Jalisco. Each release is drawn from agave of one particular harvest, so the bottling reflects that year's fruit rather than a blended house style.

Unaged and bottled to show the agave itself: cooked agave, green herbs, citrus peel and a clean mineral finish. A collector's tequila best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
