Frey Ranch Quad Malt is a true farm-to-bottle bourbon from the family-run distillery in Fallon, Nevada, where Colby and Ashley Frey grow every grain on their own land. It uses the same four grain mash bill as the flagship straight bourbon, all non-GMO corn, winter rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley, but with one rare twist: each of the four grains is malted on-site in Frey's custom malt drum rather than just the barley. That extra malting amplifies a deep, malty richness, with big fruit giving way to candy corn and malted chocolate. A limited release for serious bourbon fans.
