Four Roses Small Batch is built from the distillery's unique system of ten distinct bourbon recipes, created by combining two mash bills with five proprietary yeast strains. For this expression, the master distiller hand selects four of those recipes and marries them into a mellow, balanced bourbon bottled at 90 proof. The interplay of recipes gives it remarkable complexity, with ripe fruit, caramel, and gentle spice layered into a smooth, elegant Kentucky classic.
