Field & Sound Wheated Bourbon is a Bottled-in-Bond expression crafted by Long Island Spirits along the bluffs of the Long Island Sound. Its wheat-forward mash bill of field corn, winter wheat, and malted barley is built on sweet mash fermentation and pot distillation, then aged at least four years and non-chill filtered to preserve its natural depth. Bottled at 100 proof under the Bottled-in-Bond Act, it shows pronounced grain character with soft, rustic complexity rooted in Long Island terroir.
