Elijah Craig Small Batch is a signature Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Heaven Hill, named for the Baptist minister long credited with pioneering the charred oak barrel. Each batch is married from roughly 200 barrels aged in new, number 3 char American oak for consistency and character. A benchmark small batch bourbon, it balances vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak with rich toffee and baking spice, equally at home sipped neat or anchoring a classic Old Fashioned.
