From fourth-generation agave grower Roberto Lopez, Zumbador is a hummingbird-named family brand crafted in the Jalisco highlands from estate agave cooked in traditional ovens and crushed on a volcanic stone tahona. This reposado rests about 12 weeks in used Jack Daniel's barrels, a light touch that keeps it remarkably gentle with a beautifully rounded finish. The nose offers rich fruit, butterscotch, and agave, while sweet cooked agave leads the palate, balanced by cinnamon spice and delicate vanilla.
