Cooper's Daughter Black Walnut Bourbon

Cooper's Daughter is the label of Olde York Farm, a woman-owned, family-run Hudson Valley distillery that handcrafts barrels on site at the historic van Rensselaer estate. This bourbon is aged in American white oak, then finished in barrels that once held black walnut syrup tapped from trees in the distillery's own groves. That rare finishing technique brings nutty character, gentle sweetness and exceptional smoothness alongside the oak's vanilla and caramel. We love it neat or over a large cube by the fire.
