The world's first rested, super-premium young potato vodka. Chopin Family Reserve begins with a special potato variety planted in 2016 across the estate's rich, dark soil—harvested young to capture a distinctly sweeter profile with delicate earthy undertones. The spirit rests undisturbed in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels for two years, allowing it to mellow and develop complexity before being hand-bottled. Naturally gluten-free and crafted with meticulous attention to every stage, this is a vodka defined by patience and provenance.
