Chamucos Diablo Blanco is a high-proof blanco made from 100% blue weber agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave is cooked, shredded, and fermented for up to nine days with proprietary yeast, then double distilled and rested briefly in stainless steel before bottling additive-free at a punchy 55% ABV. Crystal clear and intense yet surprisingly approachable neat, it layers bright agave with vanilla, cinnamon, citrus, and a whisper of pepper, a characterful expression for those who like their tequila bold.
