Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish is a Colorado high-rye bourbon (a 56% corn, 38% rye, 6% malted barley mash bill) that gains added depth and sweetness from time in carefully selected rum casks. Distilled and matured at high altitude in the Rocky Mountains and proofed with pure local snowmelt, it carries genuine mountain terroir. Brown sugar, tropical fruit, and vanilla over toasted oak give way to caramel, molasses, and ripe banana, with cocoa and honey lingering on a long, complex finish.
