Holladay Soft Red Wheat Rickhouse Proof is the uncut, unfiltered version of the distillery's wheat-recipe Missouri straight bourbon, drawn straight from the barrel at full rickhouse strength after a minimum of six years. Distilled and matured in Weston, Missouri, it uses a soft red wheat mash of 73% corn, 15% wheat and 12% malted barley in new charred oak, drawing out grain sweetness and robust oak from the state's dramatic seasons. Each batch varies in proof, delivering plush, ripe orchard fruit over caramel, vanilla and warm spice.
