Created in partnership with supermodel Christie Brinkley, Bellissima crafts certified organic and vegan sparkling wines from 100 percent organic grapes. This Zero Sugar Prosecco Brut is made using a long Charmat method, roughly six months in stainless-steel autoclave tanks, which ferments the grapes' natural sugars fully dry so no sugar or sweeteners are ever added. The result is a clean, finely beaded sparkler with fresh white-flower and grapefruit lift and a crisp, dry finish. We love it as a guilt-free toast that drinks beautifully on its own or with food.
