The six
Margarita: 2 oz agave spirit, 1 oz fresh lime, 0.75 oz agave syrup. Shake hard, fresh ice. Old Fashioned: 2 oz whiskey, a bar spoon of demerara syrup, two dashes of bitters, orange twist. Paloma: 2 oz agave spirit, half an ounce of lime, grapefruit soda, pinch of salt. Espresso Martini: 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz fresh espresso, 0.75 oz coffee liqueur, shaken hard. Bee's Knees: 2 oz gin, 0.75 oz lemon, 0.75 oz honey syrup, served up. Whiskey Sour: 2 oz whiskey, 0.75 oz lemon, 0.75 oz simple, egg white optional.
The secret is the base
