Somos Blanquito 2019

Somos was founded by Australian Ben Caldwell and Mexican Marco Ruiz Cantu, oenology school friends devoted to alternative varietals farmed and made as naturally as possible. Blanquito is their Vermentino led white, co fermented with a splash of Cortese, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris on full solids in stainless, with no additions and no fining or filtering. The result is a mineral driven, fresh, and textural white in a distinctly Italian inspired style. A characterful expression of low intervention South Australian winemaking.
