Redwood Empire Screaming Titan is the distillery's inaugural wheated bourbon from its experimental Small Lot series, named for a towering coastal redwood in the Grove of Titans. Built on a wheat-rich mash of roughly 59% corn, 30% wheat, 7% rye and 4% malted barley, it blends California, Indiana and Kentucky barrels aged at least five years and bottled at 96 proof. The result is a soft, flavor-driven pour with honeycomb, orchard fruit and gentle wheat sweetness that shines neat or in elevated cocktails.
