Pinuaga Nature is a certified organic, minimal intervention Tempranillo from a family estate set on a plateau above Toledo in Castilla La Mancha. The fruit comes from old bush vines on two parcels along the Riansares river at 750 meters elevation, where red clay and pebble soils lend freshness and clarity. Bright and primary, it pours with lively strawberry and raspberry aromas and a silky, refreshing palate. We love its food friendly versatility with grilled vegetables, herb roasted meats, and seafood.
