Orin Swift Papillon 2022

Papillon is Orin Swift's Napa Valley Bordeaux blend, proudly built from all five classic varietals with Cabernet Sauvignon at its heart and Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot rounding it out. Aged in a good measure of new oak, it pours opaque and brooding, layering cassis and dark berry fruit over cedar, spice and a weighty, dusty-tannin texture. We consider it one of Dave Phinney's most polished and ageworthy wines.
