From the organically farmed hills around San Gimignano in Tuscany, this Suavis bottling is made entirely from the native Vernaccia di San Gimignano grape, Italy's first wine to earn DOCG status. Mormoraia works its estate vineyards with a light hand, and the result is a straw yellow white that is balanced and harmonious with a pleasantly fresh, lightly bitter finish. We like it alongside antipasti, fish, shellfish, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
