Husch Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve comes from Anderson Valley's first bonded winery, founded in 1971 and still family run in Mendocino County. This barrel-selected reserve marries mountain fruit with classic Cabernet structure and age-worthy poise, layering cassis and blackberry over cedar, graphite, and well-integrated oak. With several years of bottle age, it has softened into a polished, full-bodied red. We love its savory depth and firm, fine tannins, a cellar gem from a pioneering Mendocino estate.
