Figuiere Signature Valerie White 2023 is part of the estate's Signature series, named for winemaker Alain Combard's daughter Valerie, and crafted from a Provence blend of Rolle, Ugni Blanc, and Semillon vinified entirely in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, juicy, easy-to-love white with a salty mineral edge. We think it is ideally suited to shellfish, beautiful with a chilled seafood platter, and its herbaceous undertones also shine alongside pesto pasta or herb-roasted chicken.
