Premiere Rose comes entirely from the organically farmed Figuiere estate in the Cotes de Provence AOP, set in the maritime corner of La Londe that the family considers prime terroir for serious rose. A blend of Mourvedre, Cinsault, and Grenache, it sees only a brief two to three hour maceration on the skins, the gentle approach behind classic Provence pale color and delicate aromatics. We chose it for its dry, mineral-edged freshness and finesse, a refined rose that drinks beautifully as an aperitif or alongside Mediterranean fare.
