Domaine Chofflet's Heritage Givry 2020 is a refined red Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Givry appellation of the Cote Chalonnaise. Named in tribute to the families behind the estate, this cuvee reflects generations of Burgundian winemaking and a true terroir-driven sensibility. We find it elegant and silky, with bright red-berry fruit framed by fresh acidity and a graceful, mineral-tinged finish that earned a star in the Guide Hachette des Vins.
