Barco del Corneta is Beatriz Herranz's pioneering project reviving old-vine Verdejo in Castilla y Leon through organic farming and low-intervention winemaking. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards, this Verdejo channels freshness with real depth, weaving grapefruit zest, green apple, and white blossom with the variety's classic fennel note and crushed-stone minerality. Crisp and textural with subtle lees creaminess, it finishes long and saline, a terroir-driven, food-friendly white.
